In 1949 the established method of irrigating was open ditches or rills. Ole Akland knew there was a better way.
Instead of chasing gopher holes with a shovel Ole realized you could grow a better crop with half as much water and half as much labor. He did this by replacing ditches with aluminum hand lines and the addition of an innovative pumping station.
Ole also knew that SERVICE was what folks were really looking for. Today that
commitment to service is practiced daily even after 60 years !.
Whether you've got a small lawn and garden, or a large agricultural system, contemplating installing, replacing or maintaining a pump or irrigation system, we're the folks to contact!
